In the framework of the ISIDORe RG4 call, proposals must focus on at least one of the following pathogens: Ebola virus, Marburg virus, Nipah virus, Hendra virus, Lassa virus, “New world arenaviruses”, CCHF virus. Proposals must require access to at least one of the ISIDORe services and be aligned with at least one of the sections presented on the calls webpage.

A large number of pathogens target the human respiratory tract, resulting in a broad spectrum of clinical manifestations. The ISIDORe consortium supports scientists with an interest in following respiratory pathogens: zoonotic betacoronaviruses, Influenza A, Y. Pestis, M. Tuberculosis/bovis, C. burnetii. Researchers are invited to submit any proposal that requires access to at least one of the ISIDORe services, and falls under one of the sections highlighted on the calls webpage.
