  • Biologically active substances from plant in vitro systems
  • Biologically active substances by Antarctic yeasts
  • Isolation, identification and characterization of lactic acid bacteria strains from medical plants (Panax ginsengA. Meyer, Geranium sanguineum L., Hypericum perforatum L. and four Salvia species) with high biological activities. Formation of multifunctional starter cultures for production of fermented foods with high biological value and expressed health effect.
